Key Challenges
I’m a bit of a perfectionist – which can sometimes get in the way, and I have to choose my battles with it sometimes. For example… dates! For the longest time, I would fret about deadlines and due dates for appraisals, competencies, etc. that I would need to collect in order to stay accreditation compliant. After having experienced the actual surveys and inspections of the regulatory agencies, I learned that the world isn't perfect and a note explaining the reason for lateness will suffice.

I love living in Austin! The city suits my lifestyle - staying active with hikes and eating healthy. And I love seeing live music, especially when my favorite bands come through town. And Austin is starting to become a stand-up comedy hub - seeing unknowns are just as much fun as seeing the big names perform!
